Shipping & Returns
We offer free Ground shipping on all orders over $65, and charge a flat handling rate of $9.95 on all orders under $65. AtteliaBaby only ships to locations within the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship toAPO, FPO or PO Box addresses and currently we do not ship toHawaii,Alaska,Canada orPuerto Rico.
For those customers planning on forwarding their orders internationally please remember that Attelia Baby does not ship internationally and therefore cannot be held responsible or accountable for items once they are shipped overseas after they reach their forwarding destination in the US.
- All of our orders are shipped viaUPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
- Orders are usually shipped in approximately 1 business day of order receipt.
- UPS ground service can take an additional 5 business days to arrive at locations on the west coast.
- Orders containing more than one item may ship in multiple packages and may ship on different days.
- Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.
- Items that are orderable should be in stock at the time of your purchase. However if they are not available once your order has been processed you will be contacted by a customer service representative.
- Some big items are shipped out directly from manufactures. It usually takes 2 - 6 weeks for the items arrive to you.
- We do offerUPS 2nd Day Air as well asUPSNext Day Air service for an additional charge. If you are interested in this service, please call to get an estimate.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods for a full refund of the purchase price.
- Items shipped from manufactures will incur a 30% restocking fee.
- Merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals and registration cards. We will not accept dirty, washed or used products.
- Please enclose your order/invoice number and/or a copy of your e-mail confirmation with your return along with a memo explaining the reason for return.
- Please Note: We cannot accept returns for the following classes of products: feeding accessories, breast pumps, bathing accessories, lotions and powders, diapering accessories, diaper pails, potty seats and wipes, nursing bras for hygienic reasons.
- All refunds & exchanges are subject to the final approval of our quality control division.

Return Shipping Costs:
- For those returns or replacements caused by products’ quality, AtteliaBaby responsible for shipping costs (both ways). We will send you a prepaid label for the return.
- For those returns or replacement caused not by products’ quality, AtteliaBaby does not return shipping costs. Customers may request a prepaid shipping label. The costs associated with the label will be deducted from the refund amount once the item has been received.
- Customers may ship back returns with their own shipping methods however for your protection, we recommend using United Parcel Service (UPS) or insured parcel post for return shipments. Additionally we recommend that customers who decide to make a return on their own request a tracking number from the shipper for their records.
- If a package is refused, there will be a $10.00 refusal fee plus our actual shipping costs which include the freight to and from the customer. Our "actual shipping costs" are not the $9.95 charge for orders under $65.
